Shipping policy

Aurvelia is a trading name of Solana Online LLC. This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your order.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value and no extra charge at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your payment has been received and your order accepted, we prepare your parcel for dispatch as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to deliver there at this time.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear. If your tracking stops updating, please contact us at support@aurvelia.shop and we will look into it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived or your tracking shows no progress, please contact us at support@aurvelia.shop with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you informed.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aurvelia.shop within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
